PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE
In compliance with art. 13 (Information to Data Subjects) of the Legislative Decree n°. 196 of 30 June 2003 and therefore having regard to the ITALIAN PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CODE, we inform you, among others, as to: the purposes and modalities of the processing of your personal data; the obligatory or voluntary nature of providing the requested data; the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the data may be communicated, or who/which may get to know the data in their capacity as data processors or persons in charge of the processing, and the scope of dissemination of said data;

                    Your personal and sensitive data will be processed for:
a)	Divulgation and dissemination activities in order to promote events by means of web or traditional channels of communication; b) Creating customer record; c) Creating potential customer record;
          
MODALITIES OF DATA PROCESSING
   The data you have provided will be processed with the help of electronic means and by data processors especially designated by the data controller. Scope of data communication and dissemination. Given your express consent, your data will or could be disclosed to: seasoned professionals/ specialized companies in the services requested; advertisement and marketing operators; your solicitor for the attainment of legal obligations (such as for carrying out investigations by defence counsel or to establish or defend a legal claim); collection agency.
             Any other form of your data disclosure will take place after your express consent.

NATURE OF PROVIDING THE REQUESTED DATA
Providing the requested data is obligatory and compulsory according to legislation in force on business activities that fall within the above mentioned points a), b) and c). The data controller, also, informs you that erroneous information or failing in providing one of the mandatory data may have the following consequences: - the impossibility for the data controller to render the requested services, to process the data or to abide by the duties under the contract; failing in providing the relating and expected information to tax, administrative and other entities which are entitled to receive them. You, as data subject, may assert your rights as indicated in art. 7, 8, 9, 10 of the Legislative Decree n°. 196 of 30 June 2003 by addressing the data controller or the persons in charge of the processing.
